Returns & Exchanges Policy

**1. Your Right to Cancel and Return**

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To initiate a return:

- **Return the Item(s)**: Ensure the item(s) are unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of notifying us.

- **Refund Process**: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

**2. Faulty or Damaged Items**

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

- **Contact Us**: Email resinationaccessories@gmail.com(mailto:resinationaccessories@gmail.com) within 30 days of receiving the item, providing details and, if possible, photographs of the fault or damage.

- **Return the Item**: I will provide instructions for returning the faulty or damaged item at no cost to you.

- **Refund or Replacement**: Once I have confirm the item is faulty or damaged, I will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our confirmation.

**3. Conditions for Returns**

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

- Items should be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

**4. Non-Returnable Items**

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

- Custom-made or personalised items.

- Earrings or other intimate items, due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

**5. Return Shipping Costs**

- If you are returning an item because it is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

- For returns due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

**6. How to Return Items**

- **Prepare the Package**: Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.

- **Include Documentation**: Include your proof of purchase and a brief note stating the reason for the return.

- **Ship the Package**: Send the package to the return address provided in our correspondence. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
